Received a large bronze materials that were shipped from overseas. Parts have to be machined into a sphere shape which act as a bearing in a cylinder. There is no room for error as we could never find a replacement material locally. Thanks to our machinist the part came out great at they were rolling about freely. It is machined on our Hwa Cheon CNC lathe.
Fabricating wheels and shaft used on a rig. These parts will be shipped overseas for a rig. Parts are inspected thoroughly and bearing installation are observed by rig personnel. Each process are documented in a report for future reference. Glad that this job went smooth!
