WORM GEAR

Worm gears are often used when large speed reductions are required. The reduction ratio is determined by the number of starts of the worm and number of teeth on the worm gear. Worm is made of hard metal while the worm gear is made from relatively soft metal such as aluminum bronze.

SPROCKET

Sprocket, or sprocket-wheel, is a profiled wheel with teeth, or cogs, that mesh with a chain, track, or other perforated or indented material. Sprockets are used either to transmit rotary motion between two shafts where gears are unsuitable or to impart linear motion to a track.

HELICAL GEAR

Helical gears are gears with slanted tooth . In comparison to spur gears, they have the larger contact ratio and perform in quietness and less vibration and able to transmit larger force. A pair of helical gears has the same helix angle but the helix opposite helix hand.

SPUR GEAR

Spur gears are the most common gears that transmit motion between two parallel shafts. Tooth surfaces of the gears are parallel to the axes of the mounted shafts, thus there is no thrust force created in the axial direction. Because of the ease of production, these gears can be made to a high degree of precision. However, they have a disadvantage in making noise.

GEAR RACK

Gear racks are used to turn rotating motion into linear motion. A gear rack has straight teeth cut into surface of a square bar or round rod and operates with a pinion, which is a small gear meshing with the gear rack.

SENEBOGEN GEARBOX PLANETARY INTERNAL RING GEAR

Internal gear is a gear with its teeth cut in the internal surface and meshes with the planetary spur gears. Commonly found in gearbox.

GEAR BOX PLANETARY GEAR (SENEBOGEN)

Planetary gears are used in gear box for transmission of power. It often consists of 3 or more gears(planet gear) rotating around one gear(sun gear).

MOTOR COUPLING

A coupling is used to connect two shafts together at their ends for power transmission. It provides for the connection of shafts that are manufactured separately such as a generator and motor, to provide for disconnection for repairs or alterations.

PULLEY ROLLER

Rebuilding of pulley roller inner/outer diameter so the bearing will fit tightly.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

Hydraulic cylinder is a mechanical actuator that produces a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. It consists of components like piston, cap, barrel, chrome shaft, hydraulic seals, fittings to make up a whole cylinder.

TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

Telescopic cylinder are used when a long distance of output motion is required. Its shaft are hollow section and smaller diameter shaft is retracted in it. Commonly seen in tipper truck and waste truck.

PIN & BUSH

We machine pin & bush according to customer specification and required material.

TOW HOOK

We supply tow hook used on machines like OTC (open top container), metal bins, waste compactors etc. Produce accordingly to required length and angle.

PISTON

The function of the piston is to divide the pressure zones inside the cylinder. The piston is machined with grooves to fit elastometric or metal seals and bearing elements. These seals can be single acting or double acting.
